Job Description
About Madison Medical
Madison Medical is a physician-led, multi-disciplinary practice redefining modern healthcare delivery. We integrate advanced diagnostics, performance and regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, podiatry, family medicine, and medical wellness under one roof — operating as a high-volume, technology-forward clinical environment.
We use AI, automation, and data-driven systems not to replace people but to remove friction, reduce burnout, and elevate both clinical and operational decision-making. Systems matter here. Clarity beats chaos. Learning never stops.
Position Overview
We're looking for a strong Certified Medical Assistant to support our expanding multi-specialty clinical team. This role is central to clinical operations and patient experience — it demands solid clinical skills, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a practice where technology and automation are embedded into daily workflows, not treated as optional.
You don't need to be a tech expert. You do need to be willing to learn, engage, and keep pace with a practice that's building for the future.
How We Work
AI and automation are foundational at Madison Medical. In this role, AI is a daily co-pilot — not a buzzword. Automation protects time for patient care. Technology is something you learn, test, and improve. Change is constant and supported. You're expected to use our systems, not work around them.
Key Responsibilities
Support providers across multiple specialties during patient visits
Prepare and maintain exam rooms to clinical and operational standards
Accurately record vital signs, medical histories, and clinical documentation
Perform clinical procedures within certification scope (injections, EKGs, wound care, specimen collection, etc.)
Manage patient flow to ensure efficiency and a high-quality patient experience
Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, diagnostics, and follow-up care
Assist with front desk functions as needed, including scheduling and patient communication
Use AI-assisted tools for documentation, communication, and workflow efficiency — with appropriate review and validation
Follow documented workflows, SOPs, and automated systems
Uphold Madison Medical's service standards, professionalism, and attention to detail
What We Expect From All Team Members
Use AI tools (e.g., clinical copilots, ChatGPT) to work smarter
Follow automated workflows and documented systems
Learn new tools as the organization evolves
Think critically and validate AI outputs
Handle patient data securely and compliantly
Contribute ideas to improve processes and patient experience
Perfection isn't required. Participation is.
Required Qualifications
Active national certification: CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), or CCMA
Strong professionalism, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic, high-volume clinical environment
Experience in a multi-specialty or high-volume practice preferred
Comfort supporting multiple providers and service lines
Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
Ability to commit to the required schedule, including rotating weekend shifts
CPR certification strongly preferred
This Role Is a Fit If You…
Enjoy learning and adapting. See technology as a partner, not a threat. Are curious, not defensive. Value systems over chaos. Care about efficiency, accuracy, and impact. Want to grow with a forward-thinking healthcare organization.
This Role Is Not a Fit If You…
Resist new technology. Prefer "how it's always been done." Are uncomfortable with continuous learning. Expect workflows and systems to remain static.

Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
