This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, cloud architecture, and customer success, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex enterprise engagements. You will partner closely with sales and engineering teams to design scalable, AI-driven solutions that address real business challenges and unlock measurable outcomes on cloud platforms. Working across industries, you will translate customer needs into robust technical architectures and implementation-ready proposals. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on solution design, with a strong emphasis on influencing decision-makers and shaping customer journeys from discovery through delivery. You will also play a key role in demonstrating the value of advanced cloud technologies and accelerating adoption at scale. This is a high-impact, client-facing position in a fast-evolving AI and cloud environment.
- Act as a technical strategist supporting the sales organization, accelerating deal cycles by translating complex business requirements into scalable cloud and AI-based solutions.
- Design end-to-end enterprise-grade architectures in collaboration with sales and engineering teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer needs and implementation feasibility.
- Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimates, technical proposals, and architectural documentation to support successful delivery.
- Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders, acting as both a trusted advisor and solution expert throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concept environments, and technical presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Differentiate offerings by understanding market trends, competitive positioning, and evolving cloud capabilities.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud computing environments (Google Cloud preferred, with strong exposure to AWS or Azure), including presales, solution architecture, or delivery roles.
- Proven ability to design, architect, and lead deployment of scalable enterprise solutions on major cloud platforms.
- Strong expertise in translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented value propositions for diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and customer stakeholders to define requirements and drive solution alignment.
- Professional-level Google Cloud certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days).
- Strong background in cloud architecture, solution design, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative mindset.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, client-facing environments and manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
