This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Analytics in the United States.

This leadership role sits at the intersection of data, product innovation, and business strategy, driving how analytics shapes the evolution of a large-scale digital consumer platform. You will lead a high-performing analytics organization focused on understanding user behavior, optimizing engagement, and improving monetization across a complex iGaming ecosystem. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams, you will transform data into actionable insights that directly influence roadmap decisions and long-term growth strategy. This role combines hands-on strategic leadership with team development, requiring a strong ability to translate complex datasets into clear narratives for executive stakeholders. You will also define experimentation frameworks, establish KPIs, and scale analytical systems that improve decision-making across the organization. It is an ideal opportunity for a data leader who thrives in fast-paced, product-driven environments and enjoys shaping data culture at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts and analytics managers while fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and high-impact execution.
  • Define and evolve the product analytics strategy across digital gaming and iGaming products, focusing on engagement, retention, monetization, and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, influence roadmap decisions, and prioritize initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Build and scale analytical frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems to support decision-making across product and customer journeys.
  • Design and lead experimentation strategies, including hypothesis development, testing methodologies, and performance evaluation.
  • Translate complex behavioral and product data into clear insights and compelling storytelling for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate feature performance, customer experience, and business impact.
  • Align analytics outputs with financial planning, marketing strategy, and broader business objectives to support sustainable growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within B2C tech, gaming, e-commerce, financial services, or consumer digital products.
  • 4+ years of experience in people management, leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Strong expertise in product analytics, customer behavior analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement.
  • Experience building scalable reporting systems, data frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with tools such as Snowflake, Python, R, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, experimentation design, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience in gaming or online casino environments is a plus but not required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $173,000 to $216,300 USD annually.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity compensation.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Remote-first work environment within the United States.
  • Equity opportunities in a publicly traded technology company.
  • Career development opportunities within a fast-scaling analytics and product organization.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven product innovation and experimentation practices.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
