Senior Data Analyst

Accountabilities:
  • Design and maintain scalable SQL-based data models, frameworks, and analytics infrastructure supporting enterprise-level reporting.
  • Develop and manage executive dashboards tracking global KPIs and key business performance metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, translating business needs into actionable insights and data solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Improve data governance, SQL standards, and overall data quality across analytics systems.
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making through data storytelling.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in analytics and reporting.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance reporting automation and analytical workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
  • Expert-level SQL skills, including complex querying, data modeling, and database optimization.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining enterprise-level dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for executive reporting.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, analytics frameworks, and performance metrics in digital environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
