The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and delivery of measurable outcomes. Accountabilities:

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate a broad portfolio of procurement-focused initiatives, ensuring successful execution from planning through delivery.

  • Manage multiple procurement and business transformation projects simultaneously using Agile methodologies.
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, and dependency tracking across a complex portfolio.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews.
  • Partner closely with procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
  • Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate resources and priorities across concurrent initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide clear, consistent reporting and insights to executive stakeholders on project health and progress.
  • Leverage project management tools to track milestones, budgets, and overall performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with strong Agile capabilities and exposure to procurement or supply chain environments.

  • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong preference for experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with strong organizational discipline.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies for tracking delivery and performance.
  • PMP certification and experience with enterprise transformation initiatives are a plus.
