  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to guarantee accurate implementation and high-quality campaign delivery
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance on campaign builds to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client specifications

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setups, processes, and platform-specific requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations, programmatic buying, or media trafficking
  • Strong experience using DSPs, ad servers, and tracking/measurement platforms across multiple channels
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and QA discipline
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for advertising technology and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving ecosystem

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation range of $52,200 to $75,600 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Remote work flexibility across the United States
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem
  • Collaborative and inclusive team culture that values innovation and diversity
  • Career development opportunities, including mentoring and skill expansion
  • Exposure to advanced advertising technologies and large-scale campaign operations
  • Potential for growth into more senior or strategic ad operations roles
