- Direct and manage multi-camera live video productions, ensuring high-quality visuals and seamless streaming execution.
- Oversee end-to-end video production workflows, including pre-production, live direction, and post-production coordination.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time during live broadcasts to minimize disruption and maintain broadcast quality.
- Monitor streaming performance, viewer engagement metrics, and analytics to improve output quality.
- Coordinate scheduling, resources, and operational tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
- Perform quality assurance checks and ensure content meets technical and client standards.
- Support indexing, transcription, and content management tasks as required by operational needs.
- Collaborate with remote teams across time zones using digital communication and collaboration tools.
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and production standards using cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure smooth execution of live events under high-pressure and time-sensitive conditions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes and streaming infrastructure.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in live video production or video direction, including multi-camera setups.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly in live streaming environments.
- Experience working in remote production environments with distributed teams.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of live streaming workflows, broadcast standards, and video production tools.
- Familiarity with cloud collaboration tools, virtual meeting platforms, and remote work technologies.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and coordination.
