This role is an opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact field marketing function within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for turning field marketing into a true revenue engine, directly influencing pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and customer engagement across strategic territories. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth teams, you will design and execute integrated programs that connect events, ABM, and demand generation into measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible position where your work will directly support enterprise growth and market expansion. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning both planning and delivery of high-profile field initiatives. - Own and execute the regional field marketing strategy aligned with pipeline, revenue, and territory objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales and Account Executives to build account-based marketing (ABM) programs and joint territory plans.
- Plan and deliver high-impact field programs including trade shows, executive roundtables, roadshows, and customer events.
- Drive measurable pipeline generation and ensure strong attribution, follow-up, and ROI tracking across all field initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Content, Brand, and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Manage field marketing KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and optimization using tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
- Own budget management, vendor coordination, and operational execution to ensure scalable and high-quality program delivery.
- Represent the organization at key industry events and support regional growth initiatives through frequent travel.
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact through events, ABM programs, and integrated campaigns.
- Strong experience partnering with enterprise or mid-market Sales teams and influencing senior sales stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of field marketing strategy, execution, and optimization beyond event logistics.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and related platforms to measure and improve performance.
- Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to operate with a hands-on, resourceful, and execution-driven mindset in high-growth settings.
- Experience in Media & Entertainment, SaaS, or related technology sectors is a plus.
