This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Estimating Specialist - Promotional Products based in the United States.

This role is a key link between sales and production, ensuring accurate and timely quoting for custom promotional products, screen printing, embroidery, and branded merchandise programs. It requires a highly detail-oriented professional who can interpret customer specifications, artwork, and production requirements with precision. Working closely with inside sales teams, this position helps shape pricing accuracy, responsiveness, and overall customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role demands strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple quoting requests simultaneously while maintaining consistency and speed. It also involves collaboration with production, purchasing, and design teams to validate feasibility and ensure operational alignment. Accountabilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates and quotes for promotional products, screen printing, embroidery, and related custom merchandise, in collaboration with inside sales teams.
  • Review customer specifications, artwork files, and purchase orders to ensure all required details are captured correctly before finalizing estimates.
  • Update and revise quotes based on client changes while maintaining version control, pricing accuracy, and internal documentation standards.
  • Follow up on submitted quotes to support deal closure, maintain responsiveness, and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain structured quote tracking systems, ensuring all jobs, communications, and updates are properly logged and organized.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and creative teams to confirm feasibility, pricing structure, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify pricing inconsistencies and contribute to margin optimization and process improvements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in estimating, quoting, sales support, or similar roles, ideally within promotional products, custom manufacturing, or print-related industries.
  • Strong advantage for candidates with experience in screen printing, embroidery, or branded merchandise production environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of quotes without errors or omissions.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including the ability to quickly calculate costs, margins, and pricing adjustments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with quoting tools such as Printavo, PriceIt, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced setting.
  • Self-driven and reliable, with the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
