  • Track program outcomes, maintain accurate reporting systems, and provide regular updates to leadership, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to donor communications, program documentation, post-cycle evaluations, and organizational learning efforts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in organizing, political campaigns, civic engagement, advocacy, or movement-building organizations
  • Experience leading large-scale organizing programs, including at least one election cycle utilizing relational organizing or voter mobilization tactics
  • Demonstrated success managing relationships with senior stakeholders, external partners, vendors, or coalition organizations
  • Experience overseeing paid canvass operations, field programs, or large-scale grassroots engagement efforts
  • Strong program management skills, including budgeting, logistics coordination, performance tracking, and operational execution
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and supporting staff development through coaching and mentorship
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust across diverse groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to incorporate research findings and evidence into program design and decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment that requires adaptability, initiative, and strategic thinking
  • Availability to work during core Eastern Time business hours and travel up to 40% as needed
Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including a PPO medical plan with generous employer-paid contributions
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States
  • Paid time off for all federal holidays
  • PTO accrued at 1.5 days per month
  • Five days of paid sick leave
  • Employer-covered travel expenses for all required work-related travel
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative, high-impact civic engagement programs with national reach
