This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Digital B2B Sales based in United States.
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on building and scaling a performance-driven outbound sales engine within a fast-growing YouTube sponsorship and creator network environment. The role owns the full B2B acquisition lifecycle, from identifying and engaging high-value creators to securing strategic brand sponsorship partnerships across the digital ecosystem. It requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, structured sales execution, and systems-building capability to support rapid scale. Working remotely on US business hours, the position offers full ownership of pipeline strategy, outreach infrastructure, and conversion performance. You will operate at the intersection of sales, data, and product collaboration, helping refine internal tools and automation workflows. The role evolves from hands-on execution into team leadership, including the future development of an SDR function and scalable sales processes.
- Design and optimize outbound sales systems by building structured, automated outreach campaigns across email, social, and web-based lead generation channels targeting creators and brand partners.
- Own the full CRM and pipeline architecture, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring conversion performance, and identifying drop-off points to continuously improve funnel efficiency.
- Lead direct sales execution by conducting high-quality discovery calls with creators and sponsors while maintaining consistent outbound activity and engagement targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine proprietary tools and data workflows that improve targeting accuracy and reduce friction in lead acquisition processes.
- Develop, document, and standardize scalable sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and operating procedures to support future team expansion.
- Drive strategic growth milestones by increasing outbound volume significantly and preparing the foundation for hiring and training new sales development talent.
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within startup or high-growth digital environments.
- Proven ability to operate independently in remote, US-aligned roles with strong accountability for performance outcomes.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience interpreting CRM metrics, pipeline performance, and spreadsheet-based reporting.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing cold outreach campaigns, including email sequencing and multi-channel prospecting strategies.
- Working knowledge or strong interest in the YouTube creator economy and digital sponsorship ecosystems.
- High level of self-discipline, resilience, and consistency in managing complex outbound sales cycles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, EmailBison, HubSpot or Close CRM, Notion, Google Sheets, and AI-based call recording platforms.
