Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Therapy Aide to join our therapy team. This vital role supports the delivery of personalized rehabilitation and restorative care to enhance our residents’ quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic interventions with the residents as assigned
- Assist licensed therapists and nursing staff in implementing restorative nursing programs and rehabilitation activities
- Support residents with daily activities such as mobility, range of motion exercises, and personal care tasks
- Monitor and document residents’ progress, responses to therapy, and any changes in condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents during therapy sessions
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by licensed therapists and nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members regarding care and progress
- Adhere to all safety, health, and confidentiality policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus, CNA preferred
- Willingness to attend the 120-hour PA Nurse Aide Training Program (Company Paid)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
- Basic knowledge of restorative nursing principles and practices
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation
- Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and activities of daily living
