This role is the execution and hygiene layer for marketing. You will keep campaigns moving, assets organized, systems clean, deadlines visible, and reporting usable across Growth, RevOps, SDR, Sales, and external partners.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys managing details, building repeatable processes, and turning marketing plans into well-run campaign launches.
What You’ll Do- Own the marketing campaign calendar and keep launches, deadlines, assets, approvals, and dependencies visible.
- Coordinate campaign execution across email, webinars, landing pages, events, paid campaigns, partner campaigns, and content launches.
- Build and maintain campaign checklists, briefs, launch trackers, asset folders, and reporting templates.
- Coordinate landing pages, forms, UTMs, tracking links, audience lists, and campaign QA before launch.
- Partner with RevOps to ensure clean lead source tracking, campaign attribution, routing, and SDR handoff.
- Support webinar and event logistics, including registration, reminders, speaker coordination, follow-up lists, and post-event reporting.
- Manage marketing vendors, freelancers, designers, and agencies when needed.
- Maintain the marketing asset library and make sure sales teams can find the latest approved collateral.
- Prepare weekly campaign performance snapshots for the Growth Lead and RevOps.
- Experience coordinating B2B marketing campaigns, marketing operations, or revenue marketing projects.
- Strong project management habits and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, spreadsheets, Notion or other project management tools, and reporting workflows.
- Ability to operate calmly across many moving pieces without losing details.
- Clear communication and strong follow-through with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Apollo, LinkedIn campaigns, webinar platforms, or similar go-to-market systems.
- Experience supporting a fast-growing SDR or AE organization.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate briefs, QA, list checks, reporting, and campaign production.
- Campaigns launch on time and with complete QA.
- Attribution, UTM, source, and routing hygiene are clean and reliable.
- Campaign errors, missed handoffs, and outdated collateral are reduced.
- Marketing, SDR, RevOps, and Sales have better visibility into campaign status and performance.
- Weekly campaign reporting is consistent, useful, and trusted.
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Create one source of truth for the marketing calendar.
- Build campaign templates, launch checklists, and reporting formats.
- Audit the current campaign tracking and handoff process with RevOps.
- Organize the first version of the marketing asset library.
