- Develop and enhance Data Science and Generative AI solutions that support the evolution of intelligent products and services.
- Design and implement architectures for intelligent agents, conversational systems, and LLM-powered applications.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines leveraging structured and unstructured data sources.
- Develop predictive models and Machine Learning algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems to enable seamless data flows and automation.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve models and AI systems deployed in production environments.
- Ensure best practices related to data governance, security, privacy, and multi-tenant architecture management.
- Support cross-functional analytics initiatives by connecting multiple business domains and data ecosystems.
- Promote technical excellence and contribute to the adoption of data-driven decision-making practices across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Practical experience with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python for Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI development.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Experience developing supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models.
- Proficiency with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and XGBoost.
- Understanding of model monitoring, deployment, and operational practices (LLMOps/MLOps).
- Experience integrating APIs and working with data from multiple sources and systems.
- Strong analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.
