This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor SAP CCS FI-CA Senior based in Brazil.
This role is a strategic opportunity for an experienced SAP functional consultant to contribute to large-scale Utilities transformation projects, with strong focus on SAP IS-U and FI-CA processes. You will act as a key reference point for financial and billing flows within complex SAP environments, ensuring alignment between business needs, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities. The position involves leading functional initiatives across billing, charging, collection, and accounting processes, while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP IS-U modules. You will also play a critical role in guiding requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring high-quality deliveries across projects, enhancements, and system support. This is a senior-level position with strong visibility across business and technical stakeholders. - Lead and support SAP IS-U/CCS projects, enhancements, and production support activities, with strong focus on FI-CA processes.
- Act as functional lead for Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), ensuring end-to-end financial process integrity.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional SAP solutions.
- Design and propose functional solutions aligned with Utilities business needs, including billing, collection, accounting, and revenue processes.
- Ensure integration between FI-CA and other SAP IS-U modules such as Billing, Device Management, and CRM.
- Coordinate functional activities, prioritize demands, and support delivery planning and execution.
- Support testing, homologation, and go-live activities, ensuring quality and compliance with business requirements.
- Act as the main functional interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Participate in governance meetings, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Utilities industry regulations and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong experience with SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) in Utilities environments.
- Proven experience in SAP IS-U projects, including implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Solid knowledge of billing, collection, accounting, and financial settlement processes.
- Experience integrating FI-CA with SAP IS-U modules such as Billing, Device Management, and CRM.
- Functional knowledge of SAP IS-U landscape and Utilities business processes.
- Experience acting as a functional lead or coordinating functional teams.
- Ability to conduct meetings, align stakeholders, and prioritize demands effectively.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Utilities companies (energy, water, or gas providers).
- Exposure to large-scale SAP environments (e.g., CPFL, EDP or similar).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- SAP certifications (FI-CA, IS-U, Activate) or related credentials.
