This role is a key client-facing position within a high-touch wealth management environment, focused on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence to high-net-worth clients. You will work closely with a Senior Wealth Manager to support and enhance an existing client portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of investment strategies and an outstanding client experience. The position blends relationship management, financial analysis, and investment operations, requiring both precision and strong interpersonal skills. You will play a critical role in anticipating client needs, coordinating portfolio activity, and ensuring all recommendations and actions are executed accurately and efficiently. Operating in a collaborative and client-centric environment, you will contribute directly to the delivery of sophisticated wealth advisory services, including investments, planning, and portfolio strategy. This is a highly detail-oriented role with significant exposure to complex financial solutions and long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary support contact for the Senior Wealth Manager’s client base, managing inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship needs
- Prepare client-facing materials, presentations, and reports for both prospective and existing client meetings, including financial and investment analyses
- Coordinate investment execution, including portfolio allocations, rebalancing activities, and trade implementation as directed
- Monitor and manage client cash positions to ensure proper funding for investment and operational needs
- Execute and reconcile trades while ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Maintain a deep understanding of investment strategies, allocation frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and engagements for the Senior Wealth Manager
- Document client interactions, track tasks, and maintain accurate records within the firm’s CRM and reporting systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related client-facing financial role
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity with strong relationship management skills
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial, investment, and tax-related data
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client service and relationship building
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with financial systems, reporting tools, and CRM platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior advisors while maintaining ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive client information
