This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional to play a strategic role in shaping commercial and marketing decisions within the healthcare and life sciences sector. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will leverage advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and business intelligence to generate actionable insights that drive growth and optimize performance. The role combines technical expertise with business acumen, offering exposure to high-impact initiatives across customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, patient analytics, and commercial strategy. You will contribute to data-driven decision-making, support innovative testing and learning programs, and influence resource allocation across multiple channels. Accountabilities:
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives that support brand strategy, customer engagement, and promotional resource allocation across multiple commercial channels.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated analytical projects, including marketing mix modeling, ROI analysis, promotional response modeling, targeting, segmentation, and predictive analytics.
  • Analyze patient and claims data to uncover insights related to patient journeys, treatment pathways, and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Support business planning and decision-making by translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, forecasting, market research, commercial operations, and business intelligence teams to align strategies and optimize performance.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate testing frameworks, pilot programs, and experimental initiatives to support continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and assess digital marketing performance through non-personal promotion analytics, campaign measurement, and customer engagement reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective execution of analytics programs.
  • Promote best practices in analytical methodologies, data interpretation, and business application across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with significant experience in business analytics, statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, healthcare analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Several years of experience applying advanced analytical methodologies within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling, marketing analytics, promotional effectiveness measurement, segmentation, targeting, and predictive analytics.
  • Proven experience working with healthcare datasets, including claims data, patient-level analytics, and customer engagement data.
  • Hands-on proficiency with analytical tools and programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, and related data extraction technologies.
  • Experience conducting digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and omnichannel performance measurement.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy, marketing operations, and customer insights within healthcare environments.
  • Expertise in oncology and/or rare disease markets is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable business recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
