This role is a high-impact opportunity for a creative and digitally fluent content professional to shape how a brand communicates, grows, and engages across multiple channels. You will own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from strategy to production, across written, video, and social formats. The position blends storytelling, performance marketing, and hands-on content creation in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate brand visibility and audience engagement nationwide. The role also emphasizes data-informed decision-making and experimentation, ensuring content continuously evolves based on performance insights. This is a highly visible position where creativity, strategy, and execution come together to directly influence brand growth.
In this role, you will lead both the strategic direction and hands-on production of content across multiple digital channels, ensuring consistency, performance, and brand alignment.
- Own end-to-end content production across written, video, and multimedia formats, from concept development to editing and publishing
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with target audiences, brand priorities, and business growth objectives
- Produce high-quality marketing content across social media, email campaigns, digital articles, and branded collateral
- Lead social media strategy and growth across platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube, adapting content by channel and audience
- Support and grow owned media initiatives such as podcasts and third-party content collaborations
- Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to integrate content across campaigns and initiatives
- Analyze content performance metrics and apply insights to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion outcomes
- Leverage AI-powered tools and modern marketing technologies to improve content creation efficiency and performance
This role requires a strong blend of creative execution, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making in a multi-channel digital environment.
- 4–6 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing roles with a strong multi-channel portfolio
- Excellent writing skills across formats including social media copy, email campaigns, articles, and branded content
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content performance across LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, email, and emerging channels
- Proficiency with creative and productivity tools such as Figma and AI-assisted content tools (e.g., Claude or equivalent)
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing engagement metrics, running A/B tests, and optimizing content performance
- Ability to independently manage content calendars, deadlines, and production workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback effectively
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation, optimization, or personalization is a strong asset
