Inbound Sales Team Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Inbound Sales Team Manager based in Mexico.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building, scaling, and optimizing a high-performing remote inbound sales and scheduling team for a fast-paced home services business. You will be responsible for ensuring that homeowner inquiries are handled quickly, professionally, and converted efficiently into booked appointments. The role combines team leadership, operational process design, and performance management, with a strong emphasis on building cost-effective remote teams that deliver consistent results. You will play a key role in shaping workflows, training structures, and quality standards to improve conversion rates and customer experience. Working in a U.S.-facing environment, you will collaborate closely with leadership to maintain operational excellence and drive continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in structured execution environments and has deep experience in inbound sales operations within home services industries.

Accountabilities
  • Build, recruit, onboard, and manage a remote inbound sales and scheduling team responsible for handling homeowner inquiries and booking appointments.
  • Design and implement scalable processes, scripts, workflows, and training materials to ensure consistent service quality and performance.
  • Ensure inbound leads are responded to quickly, accurately, and professionally to maximize conversion into scheduled appointments.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and meet booking and service KPIs.
  • Maintain strong appointment-setting rates and continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring reliability, accountability, and adherence to standards.
  • Identify hiring needs, manage recruitment of remote low-cost talent, and build effective onboarding programs.
  • Report performance results to leadership and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Foster a motivated, high-accountability team culture aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a home services industry (e.g., roofing, HVAC, remodeling, solar, landscaping, restoration, or similar).
  • Proven experience building and managing remote teams focused on inbound customer service, scheduling, or appointment setting.
  • Strong background in recruiting, training, and managing lower-cost remote team members at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to create operational processes, scripts, and training frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience managing performance metrics such as lead response time, booking rates, and conversion KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate distributed teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly reliable, organized, and comfortable working U.S. business hours (Pacific Time).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to improve systems and processes proactively.
  • Hands-on experience managing operational teams in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.
