This role sits at the core of enterprise systems architecture, where finance, CRM, and ERP platforms come together to power scalable business operations. You will act as a key techno-functional expert responsible for optimizing NetSuite while integrating it seamlessly with Salesforce/HubSpot and financial tools such as Chargebee, Xero, and QuickBooks. The position blends deep ERP administration with integration engineering using Workato to design reliable, real-time data flows across systems. You will translate complex financial and operational processes into structured system configurations and automation logic. Working closely with finance, product, and operations teams, you will ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and system reliability across the entire business ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves financial integrity, automation maturity, and operational scalability.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will take ownership of ERP administration and cross-platform integration architecture, ensuring seamless connectivity between financial, CRM, and operational systems. You will configure, automate, and optimize core ERP processes while designing scalable integration workflows that support business growth and financial accuracy.

Manage end-to-end NetSuite administration including configuration, customization, and system optimization
Translate business and finance requirements into scalable ERP configurations and workflows
Design and maintain SuiteFlow automations, saved searches, dashboards, and financial reports
Oversee NetSuite release management, sandbox testing, and system upgrades
Build and maintain integration workflows using Workato across ERP, CRM, and finance platforms
Enable real-time data synchronization between NetSuite, Salesforce/HubSpot, Chargebee, Xero, and QuickBooks
Automate financial workflows including billing sync, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reconciliation across integrated systems
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize end-to-end business processes
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and automation maturity

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong NetSuite expertise combined with hands-on integration experience across modern SaaS and financial ecosystems. You should be both technically strong and functionally fluent in finance and ERP processes, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

5+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a production environment
Strong functional understanding of finance processes (GL, multi-currency, taxation, revenue flows)
2+ years of experience with iPaaS tools, preferably Workato or similar platforms
Experience integrating ERP with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
Exposure to billing and accounting platforms such as Chargebee, Xero, or QuickBooks
Strong understanding of APIs, system workflows, and data integration principles
Ability to design workflows using SuiteFlow, custom fields, and NetSuite configuration tools
Experience with reporting tools such as Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, or dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple system dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, remote-first environment
Experience in system lifecycle management, including testing and release coordination
