Job Description

Sales Executive Assistant

We are looking to hire a full-time Assistant Sales Executive for DNAM Brands.
DNAM Brands owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. As we continue to grow our wholesale business, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Executive to support our sales team and help drive growth across key retail accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fashion wholesale sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, eager to learn, and interested in growing into an Account Executive or Sales Executive role.
Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in managing wholesale accounts and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with purchase order entry, order tracking, and account maintenance
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, inventory availability, and general inquiries
  • Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and account recaps using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Assist in preparing line sheets, product presentations, and sales materials
  • Support market appointments, trade shows, and customer meetings when needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock issues to the sales team
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding orders, samples, and requests
  • Help identify opportunities to support account growth and improve customer relationships
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in wholesale, sales support, account management, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, customer-focused mindset
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in fashion, apparel, and wholesale sales
