We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Junior Case Manager to support a growing U.S.-based personal injury law firm specializing in motor vehicle accident cases.
As a key member of the legal operations team, you will manage active personal injury cases from intake through settlement, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, medical providers, and insurance companies. Your ability to maintain organized case files, communicate effectively, and ensure every case progresses efficiently will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You'll DoClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients after the intake process.
Conduct welcome calls and educate clients on treatment expectations, case timelines, and required documentation.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing consistent communication and empathetic support throughout their case.
Respond promptly to client questions and provide regular case updates.
Manage active personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
Track medical treatment, appointments, referrals, and provider updates.
Request, organize, and follow up on medical records and billing documentation.
Maintain accurate and timely case updates within the case management system.
Assist attorneys and paralegals with case preparation and administrative legal support.
Prepare case files for demand packages by organizing summaries, documentation, and timelines.
Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding:
Coverage verification
Property damage claims
Injury claims
Coordinate with medical providers to obtain treatment records and billing information.
Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and ready for legal review.
Follow Georgia-specific personal injury workflows and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Identify potential case issues, including:
Treatment gaps
Missing documentation
Client non-compliance
Ensure all case activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal and internal standards.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
Personal Injury Case Management
Legal Case Management
Legal Support
Personal Injury Administration
Previous experience supporting U.S.-based personal injury law firms is strongly preferred.
Experience with motor vehicle accident cases is highly desirable.
C1 English proficiency or higher (written and spoken) is required.
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to follow structured workflows, scripts, and SOPs.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
Experience using case management software such as:
CASEpeer
Clio
Filevine
Similar legal platforms
Understanding of:
Medical terminology
Personal injury treatment timelines
Insurance claims processes
Adjuster communications
Previous experience managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
Keep cases progressing efficiently from intake through settlement.
Deliver outstanding client communication and support.
Maintain accurate, organized, and complete case documentation.
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact case progress.
Support attorneys and paralegals with timely and well-prepared case files.
