Job Description
Description:
- Full-time position during the school year
- Work in classrooms and intervention settings with students individually or in small groups
- Reinforce teacher-directed instruction and learning activities
- Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom resources
- Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, recess, lunch, field trips, and other school events as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with classroom and special education teachers
- Participate in staff meetings, faith formation, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required
- Support implementation of accommodations and modifications outlined in student support plans
- Perform other duties as assigned (lunch duty and dismissal duty)
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a school team
- Hours: 7:50 a.m.-3:50 p.m
