National Channel Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a National Channel Operations Manager based in United States.

This role is a high-impact commercial operations position focused on optimizing dealer channel performance through pricing strategy, contract governance, and operational excellence. The position plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, profitability, and scalability across a nationwide dealer network. You will act as a central point of coordination between sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve execution across channel programs. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational management, requiring strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail. You will contribute directly to revenue growth by improving pricing structures, rebate programs, and dealer support systems. This is a highly collaborative environment where cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision-making are essential. Accountabilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize dealer pricing programs, discount structures, rebate initiatives, and promotional pricing strategies across the national dealer channel.
  • Analyze pricing performance, margin trends, and competitive positioning to support strategic pricing decisions and profitability goals.
  • Review, approve, and govern special pricing requests, dealer incentives, bid support, and pricing exceptions in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of dealer contracts, including drafting, review, renewals, amendments, compliance tracking, and documentation management.
  • Partner with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure accurate contract execution, pricing alignment, and adherence to commercial terms.
  • Maintain centralized systems and databases for pricing, contracts, rebates, and dealer operational data to ensure accuracy and governance.
  • Lead operational improvements across dealer workflows, including order management, claims processing, approvals, and communication processes.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and KPI reporting to track dealer performance, pricing effectiveness, and contract compliance.
  • Support ERP, CRM, and dealer management system enhancements and contribute to process automation and system integration initiatives.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between dealer sales teams, operations, finance, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on channel strategy.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, audits, compliance reviews, and strategic planning activities related to the dealer network.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, contracts administration, channel operations, dealer support, or commercial operations.
  • Proven experience working with dealer, distributor, reseller, or channel partner networks.
  • Strong expertise in pricing strategy, financial analysis, margin optimization, and commercial decision-making.
  • Experience managing contract lifecycle processes, including negotiation support, renewals, compliance, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or dealer management systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, imaging, or distribution industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with dealer incentive programs, rebate structures, and channel pricing models is a plus.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% as required.
