  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full lifecycle of partnership agreements, from initial discussions through contract execution and ongoing relationship management.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities by assessing partner portfolios, commercial terms, technical capabilities, market positioning, and exclusive offerings.
  • Optimize existing commercial agreements by reviewing partnership performance, renegotiating terms, and improving commercial conditions where appropriate.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and new market entrants to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technical, and legal teams to coordinate integrations, launches, and partnership initiatives.
  • Maintain and develop a strong partner network while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, or a similar commercial role within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of gaming content ecosystems, including game providers, aggregators, content distribution models, and commercial partnership structures.
  • Proven experience negotiating, managing, and optimizing agreements with gaming providers, aggregators, or related industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze commercial terms, partnership performance metrics, and business opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to conduct negotiations and manage international partnerships effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Existing network within gaming studios, aggregators, or broader iGaming markets is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with industry conferences, regulatory frameworks, and technical integration processes such as APIs, reporting tools, and back-office systems is a plus.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible working arrangements.
  • Opportunity to work within a fast-growing and innovative international technology sector.
  • Clear career development framework supported by performance reviews, mentoring, and professional growth programs.
  • Dedicated learning and development budget for courses, certifications, workshops, and training initiatives.
  • Access to corporate English language training and educational resources.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage and additional well-being support services.
  • Monthly flexible benefits allowance that can be used for hobbies, sports, wellness activities, and personal interests.
  • Paid annual leave, public holidays, and sick leave to support work-life balance.
  • Participation in company events, workshops, team-building activities, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborative and transparent culture that encourages initiative, innovation, and professional development.
  • High level of autonomy and the opportunity to make a direct impact on partnership strategy and business growth.
