SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
CNC Machinists at our company make various parts of Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Plastics. These parts range in size and are cut from plates, bars, rods, and tubing. Most of the parts we make are done by a group effort. The Group will perform the machining operations to complete the parts. We generally do not make large quantities of the same part. Most parts are built to order for the specific machinery being built. Each worker is empowered to choose the work to be done in their area while following a priority system that supports company goals and shipment dates.
