If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you. Come join a skilled maintenance team that keeps our operations running safely and efficiently, supporting critical processes that make a real impact on the communities we serve.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Electrician will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment across our manufacturing plant.

Here’s what you’ll own:

  • Install, test, and maintain wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with codes, standards, and specifications
  • Partner with operations and maintenance teams to identify and implement improvements that enhance equipment reliability
  • Support a strong safety culture by following all electrical safety practices, lockout/tagout procedures, and compliance requirements

Why you’ll love this role:

  • Your work directly supports safe, efficient manufacturing that impacts water, air, and environmental quality
  • You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of industrial electrical systems and technologies
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative, safety-first team that values craftsmanship and accountability
  • This role provides strong foundational experience for growth into advanced maintenance or electrical roles

THE QUALIFICATIONS

What you bring:

  • 1–3 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience (or relevant apprenticeship experience)
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including varying shifts if needed

Bonus points if you also have:
