Join KitchenCentral as an Operations Caretaker!
As an Operations Caretaker you will play a fundamental role in ensuring the organization, hygiene, safety, and overall satisfaction of our partner restaurants within our facility.
About the Function:
Play an essential role in keeping the operation flowing with excellence.
Focus: Supporting the daily operation of the dark kitchen, commercial kitchen routines, and the partners' experience.
Environment: Practical and hands-on performance within an efficient and well-maintained operation.
What you will do:
Unit Maintenance and Conservation:
Support operational building janitorial activities, basic inspections, and minor repairs.
Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs in equipment, structures, and common areas.
Operation and Sanitation Support:
Ensure the cleaning, organization, and conservation of the dark kitchen's operational areas and structures.
Assist in the cleaning of equipment and common areas of the operation.
Customer Experience and Partners:
Provide friendly and agile support to partner restaurants and users of the operation.
Support in the resolution of everyday operational demands.
Security and Compliance:
Strictly follow safety protocols, hygiene, good practices, and food health standards.
Control the movement of people and spaces, ensure the ordinance and follow the rules of the internal regulations.
Identify improvement opportunities and communicate maintenance or organization needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience: Experience in operations, janitorial, industrial cuisine, facilities or hospitality is a differential.
Technical knowledge: Commitment to safety, hygiene, and operational quality; ease of working in dynamic environments.
Behavioral profile: Organization, proactivity, attention to detail, and ease of working as a team.
