  • Elite Performance: Work alongside driven professionals in an environment built for continuous improvement and professional evolution.

What You'll Own

E-commerce Operations & Platform Management

  • Own all Shopify structures (collections, tags, product logic, pages, catalog management, and app integrations).
  • Ensure the ecosystem runs autonomously.

E-commerce Governance

  • Establish and maintain a structured e-commerce governance framework, including Stage → Approve → Test → Deploy processes for all website releases.
  • Ensure appropriate QA, stakeholder approvals, and deployment standards are consistently followed.
  • Reduce launch defects through disciplined release management and operational controls.

Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Establish clear priorities, monitor execution, conduct regular 1:1s, and hold contributors accountable for meeting commitments and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Performance teams to align launches and site updates.
  • Drive execution consistency across internal team members and external partners.
  • Develop and document SOPs, training materials, and repeatable workflows for efficiency and consistency.

Product Launches & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Own end-to-end operational execution of ecommerce launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness, successful deployment, and post-launch validation.
  • Serve as the operational owner responsible for launch quality, execution timelines, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations and problem-solve issues quickly and effectively.

Operational Metrics & Performance Management

  • Define, monitor, and report on key e-commerce operational metrics, including deployment velocity, launch quality, approval-to-live cycle time, site health, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership with regular reporting on project status, risks, blockers, and execution performance.

Optimization & Process Improvement

  • Audit existing eCommerce workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Use dashboards and analytics (Looker, Triple Whale, Shopify reports) to track operational performance and drive decisions.
  • Manage tools, subscriptions, and technology stack to keep systems efficient and cost-effective.
  • Monitor ongoing ecommerce site health, identify operational issues, coordinate resolution, and continuously improve platform stability and customer experience.

Systems Integration & App Management

  • Evaluate new Shopify apps and integrations to enhance checkout, upsells, or user experience.
  • Work with developers to test and deploy new features or automations.
  • Maintain an organized ecosystem with clear documentation and QA processes.

AI-Powered Operations & Workflow Automation

  • Leverage advanced AI platforms (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent enterprise-tier tools) to streamline day-to-day operational workflows, accelerate content production, automate reporting summaries, and generate SOPs or documentation at scale.
  • Apply AI tools within the scope of e-commerce operations: drafting briefs, synthesizing data insights, building process documentation, QA checklists, and cross-functional communications.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tool integrations that reduce manual effort, improve team velocity, and enhance operational consistency across the business.
