Position Title: Imaging Registration Representative, Radiology Department
Shift: Days (AM)
Schedule: 80 hours per pay-period. Weekdays & Rotating Saturdays.
Compensation: $20- $26

Position:

Provide customer service, reception, and clerical support in a fast-paced Imaging Department.
Essential Functions:

• Address patient concerns and questions related to imaging appointments.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure appropriate imaging orders and patient preparation.
• Escalate complex patient situations to the appropriate healthcare provider or healthcare leader.

General Job requirements:

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish- required
• Previous clerical, reception, admitting or registration work - required
• Able to type a minimum of 30wpm
• Must be organized, able to multi-task
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Course work related to medical terminology- preferred
