Job Summary:
The Operation Program Manager is responsible for leading customer-facing, cross-functional programs throughout the product lifecycle, including New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp, mass production, sustaining operations, and end-of-life (EOL). This role serves as the internal program owner and primary customer interface for assigned AI server programs, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure successful product launches, production execution, delivery performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead customer-facing, cross-functional AI server programs from NPI through production ramp, mass production, sustaining operations, and end-of-life, serving as the internal program owner and primary customer interface.
- Develop and manage integrated program schedules, milestones, deliverables, build plans, risks, recovery plans, and executive/customer status reporting to meet commitments for schedule, delivery, quality, cost, capacity, and readiness.
- Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Operations teams to drive prototype, validation, pilot, and NPI builds through production release and operational readiness.
- Monitor program and factory performance including capacity, material readiness, build execution, on-time delivery, yield, cycle time, quality, inventory, and cost; lead escalations and cross-functional issue resolution to closure.
- Drive engineering changes, continuous improvement, customer visits, audits, and sustaining/RMA activities to improve program execution, manufacturing performance, and customer satisfaction.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 4-7 years of program management, project management, operations, engineering, or supply chain experience in electronics manufacturing, technology, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing programs from NPI through production ramp, mass production, and sustaining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with AI server, rack integration, high-performance computing products, ODM/OEM manufacturing models, engineering change management, manufacturing readiness, and global cross-functional teams preferred.
