We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Homeownership Lending team as a Document Processor. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, scanning, and managing mortgage loan documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop your skills and advance within the company. If you have strong organizational abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to produce high-quality work, we'd love to have you on our team.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Prepare, scan, index, and organize loan notes and trailing documents to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Review incoming loan documentation, clear applicable conditions in Lender Connection, and prepare files for delivery and certification
  • Process, review, and track mortgage loan documents while ensuring compliance with investor, agency, and internal requirements
  • Perform mail processing duties, including opening and logging incoming mail, preparing documents for scanning, and managing the flow of documents through the system
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6+ months of experience in administrative office work, receptionist duties, and document management including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn loan servicing and document management systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work
