Salesforce Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Consultant based in India.

This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who can drive CRM strategy, optimization, and innovation across multiple business functions.
You will take ownership of Salesforce platforms, improving processes, data quality, automation, and user adoption across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics teams.
The position combines technical expertise, business understanding, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable operational improvements.
You will contribute to AI-enabled CRM initiatives, leveraging automation, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows to enhance customer experiences.
Working closely with technology teams and business leaders, you will shape the future of CRM capabilities within a global organization.

Accountabilities:

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing CRM capabilities while ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives. You will lead Salesforce administration, optimization, automation, integrations, and AI-driven initiatives to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and data management.

  • Own and manage Salesforce CRM capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics functions.
  • Define CRM strategy, roadmap, priorities, and platform improvements aligned with business goals.
  • Lead Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, and continuous platform optimization.
  • Manage CRM data governance, quality standards, validation rules, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Improve Salesforce workflows, dashboards, reporting capabilities, and business processes.
  • Support lead lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and campaign execution processes.
  • Partner with technology and data teams on enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and AI-driven CRM initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize AI-enabled CRM capabilities, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and recommendation features.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, enablement programs, and change management initiatives.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, enhancements, system performance, and ongoing platform improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver successful CRM initiatives.
  • Mentor and support CRM administrators or analysts when required.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce professional with strong CRM expertise, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business teams. You should have experience managing Salesforce platforms, improving enterprise processes, and implementing automation and AI-enabled CRM solutions.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in CRM Manager, Product Owner, Senior Administrator, or similar roles.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled CRM capabilities such as Einstein, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, integrations, and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, APIs, middleware, and connected business platforms.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics teams.
  • Experience managing CRM data quality, workflows, automation, and business process improvements.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting CRM administrators and analysts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM insights to improve business outcomes.
