Cook - Evening Shift (Nursing Home)

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of food supplies
- Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to accommodate special dietary requirements
- Document food temperatures and other safety checks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines for seniors
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evening shifts
- Food handler’s certification or equivalent
