About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing direct supervision and guidance to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Field Project Managers and other staff to ensure proper management of project work. Ensures that all projects begin on time and are completed on schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Project Managers are properly tracking project works to maximize profit and cash flow
  • Work with Regional Vice President to ensure that the division/company strategic requirements are met
  • Manage accounts and projects as required
  • Perform appraisals of staff to determine compensation
  • Approve all material invoices and technician timesheets in portals
  • Manage training and assist in career development of staff
  • Work with management to provide proper staffing and necessary tools for project
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years cabling experience
  • Experience managing PM’s
  • Experience managing projects valued up to $1 million plus
  • Able to manage people and processes
  • Industry and Manufacturer’s Certifications
  • Able to maintain profitability and overbilled status for the team

The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions while working or reviewing customer work locations.
