The Server is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from seating through payment. This role requires strong communication skills, cooperate well within a team, product knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests with “Welcome to Lazydays!” and provide accurate information on Crown Club Dining
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system and/or through to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order flow
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Food handler's certification and/or alcohol service certification (if none, we will train)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, and carry items throughout a shift
