This executive sales leadership role offers the opportunity to drive growth within the healthcare technology and services sector by helping organizations transform ambulatory operations. You will lead strategic sales initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, financial performance, provider productivity, and patient access for healthcare organizations. Working with senior executives and complex healthcare networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor who connects business challenges with innovative solutions. This position requires a proven sales leader who understands ambulatory care models, excels in consultative selling, and can influence large-scale transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies while building lasting partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
- Lead enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives focused on ambulatory healthcare organizations, health systems, and physician networks.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market presence, build executive relationships, and achieve revenue objectives.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles ranging from 6–18 months, guiding opportunities from discovery through contract execution.
- Engage with healthcare executives, including CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, COOs, revenue cycle leaders, medical group presidents, and practice administrators to understand strategic priorities.
- Apply consultative selling methodologies to uncover operational, financial, workforce, and clinical challenges and develop tailored business solutions.
- Build compelling business cases focused on measurable outcomes such as revenue improvement, cost reduction, provider capacity, patient access, and workforce optimization.
- Drive executive-level conversations around ambulatory transformation, value-based care, administrative efficiency, and healthcare delivery improvements.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate complex sales pursuits, align solution strategies, and deliver successful customer engagements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline through disciplined forecasting, relationship development, market intelligence, and proactive opportunity creation.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, and healthcare networking events to strengthen market visibility and strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to evolving go-to-market strategies by bringing market insights, customer feedback, and industry expertise.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology and/or healthcare services sales.
- 5+ years of experience selling solutions such as Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), practice management, clinical documentation, virtual scribe services, population health solutions, or outsourced healthcare services.
- Proven success achieving 100%+ sales quota attainment with annual contract values in the seven-figure range.
- Demonstrated experience selling into large independent physician groups, multi-specialty medical groups, academic medical groups, health system-owned ambulatory networks, and value-based care organizations.
- Deep understanding of ambulatory practice operations, revenue cycle workflows, coding and charge capture, prior authorization processes, denial management, medical group economics, and provider productivity challenges.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare market trends, including value-based care initiatives, physician practice consolidation, and ambulatory growth strategies.
- Executive-level consultative selling experience with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong discovery, qualification, negotiation, and business case development skills.
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into measurable business outcomes.
- Existing network of relationships within leading ambulatory healthcare organizations preferred.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge assumptions, create urgency, and drive transformational conversations.
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 70% for customer meetings, industry events, and business activities.
- Competitive base salary range of $150,000–$175,000, based on market conditions, location, experience, education, and qualifications.
