You’ll act as a strategic partner to leaders and cross-functional teams, helping translate financial data into informed business decisions.
The role spans FP&A, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and operational analysis.
You’ll collaborate closely with Accounting, Technology, and business stakeholders to strengthen financial accuracy and alignment.
There is also an opportunity to leverage AI and automation to modernize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance financial operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance expertise with curiosity, critical thinking, communication skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner across three business entities, providing insights that support cross-departmental integration, operational alignment, and consistent financial reporting.
  • Contribute to financial reporting and analysis, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and aligned across departments and entities.
  • Support leadership with analysis of pricing, customer health, business performance, and key financial and operational metrics.
  • Partner with Technology teams to track project lifecycles and evaluate whether project expenditures meet capitalization criteria.
  • Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close activities and help maintain accurate and complete financial information.
  • Participate in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial consolidation, and broader financial planning activities.
  • Perform financial analysis and decision support, including ROI assessments, budget-to-actual analysis, forecasting, and cost-saving evaluations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Help implement AI-powered tools, automation, and process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen financial operations.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization and communicate financial insights clearly to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or a closely related discipline, with a strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and advanced financial modeling concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; a CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Business applications, with advanced spreadsheet and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI, automation, or emerging technologies to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and develop practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence working across functions and levels of management.
  • Ability to operate as a proactive business partner rather than focusing solely on reporting and transactional activities.
  • Experience in technology, software, or real estate environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams and managing multiple priorities.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position in the United States.
  • Base salary of $95,300–$116,700 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for a company profit-sharing bonus program.
  • Communication and referral bonuses/stipends as applicable.
  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage.
