Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a VMware Systems Administrator to support a program onsite in Pensacola, FL .

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Design, implement, and manage VMware Horizon View environments.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy virtual desktops, manage pools, and provide end-user support.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and stability.
- Develop and implement VMWare best practices and security protocols.
- Create and maintain documentation for VDI configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing VDI-related inquiries and issues promptly.
- Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments to accommodate growing business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to and virtualization.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Security Plus (or equivalent) certification.
- 3 years of of System Administration experience.
- Experienced in VMware VDI administration.
- Proficiency in VMware Horizon View and related VDI technologies.
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and best practices.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of storage solutions, SAN/NAS technologies, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
What Sets You Apart:
- VMware VCP (VMware Certified Professional) certification is a plus.

- Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
- Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
