This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr UX/UI Designer based in Brazil.

This is a senior-level UX/UI opportunity for a designer who combines strong visual craft with a deep understanding of user-centered product design.
You will create intuitive mobile and web experiences for a high-impact international project in the entertainment and sports sector.
The role covers the full design lifecycle, from user journeys and wireframes to prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity interfaces.
You will translate complex corporate and financial accounting concepts into clear, minimalist, and accessible digital experiences.
Close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders will be essential to bringing your designs successfully into production.
You will have significant influence over consistency, usability, and the overall quality of the digital product experience.
The position is fully remote and well suited to a detail-oriented designer comfortable working with distributed teams across North American time zones.

• Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for mobile and web applications, covering the full UX/UI process from discovery and user flows through to final high-fidelity designs.
• Create, scale, and maintain comprehensive design systems that establish visual and functional consistency across products and platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, user flows, journey maps, and scenarios to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Translate complex corporate and financial accounting concepts into simple, clear, and intuitive user experiences.
• Establish clean, modern, minimalist visual designs that align with product and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.
• Conduct and analyze usability and user testing, incorporating feedback and insights into iterative design improvements.
• Present design concepts and clearly explain the reasoning behind design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of detail, consistency, accessibility, and visual quality across the product experience.
• Stay current with emerging UX/UI practices, design tools, and technologies and proactively incorporate relevant improvements into the design process.

• 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality mobile and web application work.
• Hands-on experience designing for corporate and financial accounting environments, with an understanding of related concepts and workflows.
• 3+ years of expert-level experience with Figma, including nested components, Auto Layout, design libraries, and advanced prototyping capabilities.
• Proven experience creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems across digital products.
• Strong expertise in wireframing, user flows, prototyping, journey mapping, and high-fidelity interface design.
• Exceptional visual design skills, with a meticulous eye for clean, minimalist, pixel-perfect, and user-centered interfaces.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to simplify complex information into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional, distributed, and international teams.
• Ability to work independently and align effectively with teams operating across Central Time and Eastern Time zones.
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Experience working within Agile environments is desirable.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS is a valuable advantage.
