Coverage Area: Dayton OH

• We seek a Registered Nurse with experience in home health to join our team. As a member of the home health team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the home care of terminally ill or elderly patients. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and a committed dedication to providing patients and families with accessible, comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' medical condition and provide treatment according to established plan of care. Document patient condition and changes in status. Assist with ADLs as needed based on duration of shift. Administer medications to patients.
