Partnering directly with senior leadership across Brand & Marketing, Product, Sourcing, B2B and Marketplace, your focus will be on driving financial transparency, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and shaping the financial performance of our product brands and sales channels. In this role, you will combine your strategic financial expertise with your ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the Finance function.

What you will do

  • Own and develop the financial controlling of the product brands, including margin transparency, pricing analytics, product profitability and financial performance reviews of Marketing activities.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and the B2B and Marketplace teams, providing actionable insights to support profitable growth, financial planning and operational excellence.
  • Support the FP&A Director and team with budgeting, forecasting, reliable actuals, variance analysis and weekly and monthly business reviews, while contributing to scalable reporting and forecasting through Pigment.
  • Drive improvements in financial data, dashboards, automation and AI-supported analytics, while leading critical Finance projects as required, including systems-focused and other strategic initiatives.
What you should bring
  • Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within an international or multi-brand environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in margin analysis and performance steering.
  • Experience with modern ERP and BI systems (e.g. NetSuite, BigQuery, Superset, Power BI, Pigment) and evidence of driving change.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets, digital FP&A processes and automated reporting, ideally including AI-driven analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
What we can offer you
  • A welcoming workplace full of drinks, snacks, friendly faces and fun team-building events.
  • Access to unique discounts at high street retailers, hotels, and service providers, in addition to a 50% discount on all Lovehoney products to explore and discover new ways to have fun.
  • Enjoy a hybrid work model that fosters flexibility and work-life balance, with three days per week in-office and the opportunity to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, alongside 25 days’ holiday, plus an additional day for each year you are with Lovehoney, providing ample time for relaxation, rejuvenation, and exploration.
  • Access to customized training opportunities to support your unique learning journey, complemented by biannual feedback cycles, offering valuable insights into your performance and growth areas, enhancing your development within the company.
  • Recognising the significance of physical and mental health, we proudly provide gym benefits in addition to a mental wellbeing platform, to ensure our employees thrive both professionally and personally.
  • Stay secure at work and at home with a complimentary 1Password Family account. All Lovehoney Group employees can invite up to five family members to join, offering your household a safe and simple way to manage passwords and sensitive information safely and easily.
