You’ll support the automation of operational and administrative processes within a technology-driven legal BPO environment.
The role offers exposure to real-world process mapping, robotic automation, system integration, and intelligent document processing.

• Support the development and maintenance of RPA robots designed to automate operational and administrative processes.
• Assist in mapping workflows and identifying opportunities for automation in collaboration with business teams.
• Develop and refine Python scripts for automation, integrations, and process improvements under the guidance of the technical team.
• Work with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Support the implementation of API-based integrations between internal and external systems.
• Contribute to initiatives using artificial intelligence for automation, including automated document reading, classification, and data extraction.
• Monitor robot execution, identify failures, and assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automation governance practices.

• Knowledge of Python, preferably applied to automation, scripting, or system integrations through academic work, internships, or personal projects.
• Practical or academic exposure to at least one RPA platform, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, IBM Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong logical reasoning and an analytical approach to identifying and solving technical problems.
• Genuine interest in process automation, technology, artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement.
• Organization, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop technically.
• Ability to follow technical standards, best practices, processes, and guidance from the development team.
