We're looking for an on-site Part-Time member-focused professional who is passionate about helping people achieve financial success through exceptional service and personalized financial solutions.

What You'll Do

• Assist members through in-bound, phone, chat, and email interactions
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Educate members on credit union products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Support account inquiries, transactions, technical support, and service requests.
• Meet service, quality, and referral goals.
• Accurately document member interactions and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding member experience.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more of banking, credit union, financial services, call center, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building skills and strong verbal and written communication ability
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Financial institution experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking is preferred

Compensation:

• $23-27/hr. DOE. (Additional: Spanish Speaker hourly premium)
