Job Description
Responsibilities
The Senior Provider Compensation Analyst works directly with the System Director Provider Compensation and the Director Provider Compensation to assist in developing physician and advanced practitioner clinician (provider) compensation programs. This role ensures compensation models are developed and administered in compliance with all applicable company policies and government regulations. The Sr Provider Compensation Analyst serves as a resource to leadership in reviewing all aspects of provider compensation throughout the organization. This role provides the opportunity to learn about a niche specialty area that is growing in the marketplace, the valuation of physician compensation, and healthcare clinical financial operations. The Sr Provider Compensation Analyst works closely with other members of the team. Specific responsibilities include financial modeling of physician compensation, documenting for compliance management purposes and collaborating to foster working relationships with stakeholders. This position performs a variety of project-oriented tasks to support the development and implementation of projects, initiatives, and compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback and FMV regulations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Three years of experience in provider contracts, compensation, accounting or finance
- Bachelor Degree
Desired:
- Experience administering physician compensation programs including productivity bonuses. Strong understanding of Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, FMV concepts and competitive market benchmarking
