The Senior Direct Marketing Manager II will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of direct and offline marketing programs designed to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership.
- Develop and execute channel strategies across Connected TV, Performance Audio, Out-of-Home, and Direct Mail/Gifting programs.
- Build and scale audio marketing initiatives, including programmatic audio, podcast partnerships, streaming, and other direct opportunities.
- Design and manage incrementality testing strategies, including geo holdouts, matched market experiments, halo studies, and brand lift measurement.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling channel-specific briefs, concepts, and campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and technology vendors to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with analytics and data teams to establish measurement frameworks, reporting processes, and performance insights for offline channels.
- Work closely with brand, sales, and finance stakeholders to align marketing investments with business goals and pipeline priorities.
- Integrate offline marketing initiatives into broader demand generation and account-based marketing strategies.
- Build scalable programs from the ground up while continuously improving processes, measurement capabilities, and channel effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a senior marketing professional with deep experience managing performance-driven brand initiatives and offline acquisition channels within a fast-paced B2B technology environment. They should bring strong analytical capabilities, creative collaboration skills, and the ability to build programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, brand marketing, or direct marketing with ownership of offline channels such as CTV, audio, OOH, and direct mail.
- Proven experience building and scaling marketing programs within high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong expertise in incrementality measurement, geo testing, matched market experiments, halo analysis, and brand lift studies.
- Experience managing programmatic Connected TV and audio buying platforms.
- Familiarity with direct mail, gifting platforms, and their integration into demand generation strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, creating measurement plans, and presenting performance insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, including developing briefs and providing strategic feedback.
- Experience aligning offline marketing efforts with account-based marketing strategies and target account programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve productivity, experimentation, and marketing effectiveness.
- Competitive total cash compensation range of approximately $163,000–$230,000 USD, depending on location, experience, qualifications, and level.
- Higher compensation range available for select locations, with potential total cash compensation of up to $188,000–$230,000 USD.
