We are looking for a creative, commercially driven and proactive Marketing Specialist EMEA to join our Food Manufacturing team.
In this role, you will work closely with EMEA Sales, R&D, Corporate Marketing and Communications to develop customer-centric solutions, strengthen our product portfolio and support the growth of IRCA’s Food Manufacturing business across international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who enjoys combining innovation, consumer insights, customer engagement and strategic marketing in a dynamic international environment.
- Support customer innovation meetings, capability sessions with EMEA and international food manufacturing clients
- Develop customer-specific marketing concepts and solution ideas, translating market trends and consumer insights into commercially relevant opportunities
- Monitor consumer trends, market insights and competitive activities, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D and the Corporate Chef team to develop tailored concepts and product solutions for FMCG and food manufacturing customers
- Coordinate the development of sales and marketing materials, including category presentations, catalogues, brochures and customer presentations
- Support the planning and execution of international trade shows, events and capability showcases
- Support the definition and execution of the Food Manufacturing communication strategy, including LinkedIn content, digital marketing assets and coordination with the Communications team
- Education: Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field
- Professional Skills: Excellent understanding of FMCG players and affinity to sales; Outstanding project management skills; Strong communication and presentation abilities; Good data analysis skills
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the role within food manufacturing sector.
- Language Skills: Proficient English & Italian are mandatory. Additional languages are a plus
- Computer Skills: MS Office and databases
- Behavioral Requirements: Strong interest in food, ingredients, innovation and B2B marketing; Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives; Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; A proactive mindset and willingness to work in an international environment
- Location: Gallarate (VA)
- Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday
- Contract: CCNL Alimentare Industria
- Duration: Approximately 12 months due to an internal reorganization linked to a maternity leave, with the possibility of future opportunities within the team based on business needs and individual performance
- Level: Impiegatizio
- Meal vouchers: €8 for each day spent in the office
- Remuneration: starting from RAL 30.000 €
