Marketing Operations / System Administrator (Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations / System Administrator (Contract) based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to support revenue growth by improving marketing operations, systems, and data quality within a fast-moving technology environment.
You will take ownership of CRM administration, campaign execution, and operational processes that enable go-to-market teams to work more efficiently.
The position combines technical system expertise with marketing operations knowledge to solve complex workflow and data challenges.
You will work independently on high-impact initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced operations professional who enjoys optimizing systems, improving processes, and driving execution.
You will play a key role in maintaining reliable data infrastructure and enabling better decision-making through accurate reporting and automation.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and improve data quality across CRM and go-to-market systems by auditing records, standardizing information, correcting inconsistencies, and implementing ongoing data hygiene processes.
  • Manage system administration activities across marketing and revenue operations platforms, including field creation, object configuration, picklist management, permissions, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Support and maintain operational workflows across tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales engagement solutions, and data enrichment systems.
  • Manage revenue operations support requests, including ownership updates, territory changes, account and opportunity cleanup, duplicate record management, and access requests.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaign operations, including campaign setup, form configuration, data management, workflow automation, and lifecycle processes.
  • Build reports and dashboards to support marketing, sales, and business stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation and best practices for systems, processes, and operational workflows.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on administrative experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, including fields, objects, workflows, campaigns, and system configuration.
  • Proven experience building and launching marketing campaigns from initial setup through automation and performance tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to audit, clean, and maintain high-quality data at scale.
  • Experience working with go-to-market tools such as Apollo, Influ2, Default, Clay, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot systems and improve operational processes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.
