- Own and improve data quality across CRM and go-to-market systems by auditing records, standardizing information, correcting inconsistencies, and implementing ongoing data hygiene processes.
- Manage system administration activities across marketing and revenue operations platforms, including field creation, object configuration, picklist management, permissions, and integration troubleshooting.
- Support and maintain operational workflows across tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales engagement solutions, and data enrichment systems.
- Manage revenue operations support requests, including ownership updates, territory changes, account and opportunity cleanup, duplicate record management, and access requests.
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaign operations, including campaign setup, form configuration, data management, workflow automation, and lifecycle processes.
- Build reports and dashboards to support marketing, sales, and business stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Partner with internal teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for systems, processes, and operational workflows.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on administrative experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM data management, including fields, objects, workflows, campaigns, and system configuration.
- Proven experience building and launching marketing campaigns from initial setup through automation and performance tracking.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to audit, clean, and maintain high-quality data at scale.
- Experience working with go-to-market tools such as Apollo, Influ2, Default, Clay, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot systems and improve operational processes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.
- 3-month remote contract opportunity with potential extension based on business needs and performance.
- Compensation of $7,500 USD per month.
