Responsibilities:

· Production, preparation and presentation of food in the restaurant

· Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations in a quality manner

· Patience with an ability to stay positive under pressure

· Must possess culinary knowledge and skills with a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to describe all dishes on the menu

· Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen

· A team player with good communication skills

Qualifications:

· Must possess a positive attitude

· At least 2 years of full-service restaurant experience and scratch cooking skills

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
