Commercial Roofing Service Foreman
Eskola, LLC - Knoxville, Tennessee | Full-Time | $26.00 - $34.00 / hour (Based on Qualifications & Experience)
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972.
We are looking for a looking for an experienced, motivated Service Foreman to lead field crews in our Knoxville, Tennessee market. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations
- Coordinate jobsite manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform field troubleshooting and assessments of roofing and waterproofing systems
- Train and mentor technicians, promoting strong workmanship, safety, and accountability
- Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and vendors
- Work closely with Superintendents, Service Managers, and Regional Leadership to keep crews productive and on schedule
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Experience with commercial roofing software (e.g., DataForma)
- OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card
- Aerial lift and/or forklift certification
- First Aid, CPR & AED certification
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
